Dr Chris Mbulu
President
Christian O. Mbulu is the current President of the Anioma Association, Washington DC Metro Area. Prior to this role, Christian held similar positions with the Igbodo Development Union (IDU) and the Ika Association in the Washington DC Metro Area.
In each position, Christian and active members of the community successfully delivered various projects, including healthcare centers, roads, and boreholes.
Christian has a strong interest in community-based projects and participatory research, focusing on areas such as decolonization, community leadership, mobilization, adaptation, indigenous/traditional medicine, rural health, adolescent pregnancy, oral health and microbiome among alcoholics, whole person health, and spirituality. He received his foundational education in Nigeria before migrating to the United States for further studies. Christian holds degrees in biology, health education, traditional medicine, and public health.
In his hometown of Igbodo, Christian holds two key traditional positions: IpkalaBisi and head of the traditional healers group of Ndobu, Igbodo.

Dr Angela Esebede
Vice President
Dr. Angela Agboli Esebede is the Vice President of the Anioma Association, Washington DC Chapter. She hails from Ogbe Ogbu Ubu in Ogwashi-Ukwu, Delta State. Dr. Esebede is an experienced education professional and a professor of Business and International Relations.
She has been recognized for her excellence in the field with prestigious awards, including the Donal R. Stoddard Faculty Award of Excellence and the African Community Service Award. In addition to her role as Vice President, Dr. Esebede actively contributes to the Anioma Association by serving on the Education and Cultural Committees.
Dr. Esebede’s dedication to education and her community, combined with her extensive professional experience, make her a valuable leader and asset to the Anioma Association.

Prince (Dr) Peter Methodius-Ngwodo
Treasurer
Prince (Dr) Peter Methodius-Ngwodo is the current Treasurer for Anioma Association and the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Anioma Princes & Princesses in the DMV Metro Area. He is one of the pioneers of this Anioma Association and the Master of Ceremony during the First Inaugural ceremony of the Association. He is a member of the Anioma Executive, Health, Education and Constitution/ByLaw committee. Furthermore, he is an elder in the Ubulu Uku, Ika and Anioma Associations.
Prince (Dr) Methodius-Ngwodo hails from Idumubo Quarters in Ubulu Uku, Delta State, Nigeria. His father Methodius Acha Ngwodo was the son of late Obi Sikaiburu Ojeh Ngwodo (popularly known as Obi Ngwodo). Prince (Dr) Methodius-Ngwodo has vast knowledge and experience in the fields ranging from Economics, Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Pharmacovigilance and Medicine. He has been an Adjunct Professor in various universities, worked for numerous companies in the United States; as well as volunteered in Medical Missions to rural areas in Nigeria. He has many awards plaques and professional certificates for his services and humanitarian endeavors.

Mr Emmanuel Osadebe
Secretary
Emmanuel Osadebe is the current Secretary for the Anioma Association, USA. In his role as Secretary, he is responsible for maintaining records, managing correspondence, and ensuring effective communication within the association.
He hails from Agidiehe Quarters in Ogwashi-Uku and is the son of Godwin Maddocks Edeam Osadebe and Maryanne Osadebe (née Ihonor).
Emmanuel is the founder of DCTaxHub LLC, a 100% virtual tax preparation and bookkeeping firm based in Fort Washington, Maryland. He has extensive expertise in tax preparation, planning, bookkeeping, and business consulting, serving clients across all states in the U.S. His dedication to providing personalized and efficient services has earned him a reputation for excellence in the field.
In addition to his professional achievements, Emmanuel is actively involved in the Anioma and Ogwashi Uku Community, where he serves as Secretary and Financial Secretary, respectively. He is committed to supporting and promoting the cultural heritage and interests of the Anioma people.
Emmanuel’s educational background and professional experience span various fields, including Economics, Accounting, and Financial Management.
Emmanuel Osadebe’s dedication to his profession and community, combined with his extensive knowledge and experience, make him a valuable asset to both his clients and the Anioma Association.

Mrs Chinyere Otulya
Financial Secretary
Mrs. Chinyere Otuya is the current Financial Secretary for the Anioma Association, USA, where she supports its financial functions with dedication and compassion. She is married to Chief Enefazu Otuya from the Ndokwa West Local Government of Delta State, and they have three children: Odinichi, Chinaza, and Chiamaka. Chinyere hails from the Ngor-Okpala Local Government area in Imo State. Both she and her husband have been active members of the Anioma Association for more than 18 years.
Chinyere holds a master’s degree in nursing and practices as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Guardian Mental and Behavioral Health Services. She also serves as a Nurse Practitioner with the District of Columbia Department of Disability Services. Additionally, she owns a home health agency in Alexandria, Virginia, called Guardian Angel Home Health Inc. Her extensive nursing experience spans multiple areas, including Medical-Surgical, oncology, and case management.
Her commitment to her profession and community is evident through her various roles. She previously served as the treasurer for the Ngor-Okpala Local Government for over six years and is now the women leader of the Ngor-Okpala People’s Congress for the Washington, DC chapter. Chinyere is also the current treasurer for the Ndokwa Association in America.
As the Financial Secretary for the Anioma Association, USA, Chinyere plays a crucial role in maintaining financial transparency, managing funds, and supporting the association’s financial goals. Her goal is to continue to support the mission and vision of the Anioma Association, ensuring its financial health and success.

Mr Mike Ohai
Public Relation Officer
Member of Ogwashi Ukwu Association DMV chapter since 1998 till date, served as social secretary for the association for four years. Later became the president of the association for four and half years. Also a member of the Anioma Okanga Group in Washington. Presently the PRO of Anioma Association Washington chapter.
Mr. Mike Ohai is the current Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the Anioma Association, USA, Washington DC Chapter. He has been a dedicated member of the Ogwashi Ukwu Association DMV chapter since 1998. During his tenure, he served as the Social Secretary for four years and later became the President of the association for four and a half years. Additionally, Mr. Ohai is an active member of the Anioma Okanga Group in Washington.
Mr. Ohai’s long-standing commitment and leadership within these associations highlight his dedication to promoting the interests and cultural heritage of the Anioma and Ogwashi Ukwu communities. His experience and skills in public relations and community engagement make him a valuable asset to the Anioma Association.

Mr Justin Molokwu
Assistant Secretary
Justin Chiedu Molokwu (Snr) is the current Assistant Secretary for the Anioma Association, USA. He hails from Udo-Aniekei in Ubulu-Uku, Delta State. Justin holds several key positions within various associations, demonstrating his commitment to community service and leadership:
